I don't know how my item actually survived the shipping box damage. Not the seller's fault particularly but it looks like Ace Ventura dropped my package off for me; it would be my recommendation to package the item with bubble wrap or something more protective rather than paper wrapping in case this happens to anyone else/actually gets damaged to limit replacements. I wanted to love the item but the quality wasn't quite there for me for the price. It definitely felt ripped off the printer and straight into the package as there was no sanding or finishing touches put into smoothing it out - I scoured the reviews and I saw nothing that indicated that level quality so just a little bummed I'll have to buff some out myself, could use more love put into it. Still useable/likeable -used my own grips for the bottom with the wobbliness.

I love my headset stand very much! It is super lightweight and very pretty. They also provide amazing customer service. When my headset stand arrived the bottom section was a little warped so it was a bit wobbly, so I reached out to them and asked if they could send me a new bottom piece and they sent me a whole new one. They were absolute sweethearts about the whole thing and even made note to shorten the stand per my request! I definitely recommend buying from them and I plan to buy from them again. Thank you so much I love it!
